On September 20, 2018, a deputy
with Constable Mark Herman’s Office responded to the 300 block of North Vista
Drive in reference to discharge of a firearm inside of an
apartment. Upon deputies arriving they identified two occupants of the residence
as Tyric and Christopher Hardy.
Constable Deputies located several
shell casings inside of the residence indicating shots were fired. The firearms
used during the shooting were recovered and it was discovered they were
reported stolen.
The investigation is still open and
additional charges including Aggravated Assault, Burglary of a Habitation and
Theft of a Vehicle may later be filed once all evidence is processed.
“Tyric and Christopher Hardy were
arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Theft of a
Firearm. Their bond is set at $1,000.00 out of the 184th District Court”
