JENNIFER REYNOLDS/The Daily News Daniel Gray waits for the third day of his capital murder trial to begin in Judge Wayne Mallia's 405th District Court Wednesday in Galveston. Gray is charged with the death of four-year-old Kraig Jenkins. The child's body was found in the apartment Gray shared with Barbara Ann Bawarsky, the child's grandmother, when police responded to a disturbance at the apartment and also found what they later called a "meth lab".

Bawarsky, who plead guilty to murdering her grandson Kraig Jenkins, is testifying against her ex-husband, Daniel Gray, who is now on trial for capital murder in the toddler's 2005 death.
