Retired Senior Police Officer Willie L. Arnold passed away
on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at the age of 72. He is survived by his wife Sandra
Arnold. Officer Arnold joined the Houston Police Department on July 7, 1985,
Academy Class #131. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to
the Emergency Communications and South Central Divisions until his retirement
on March 10, 2006.
