Harris County Constable Mark Herman’s Office was recognized for his office’s exemplary service in the fight against Drunk Drivers on our roadways.

Deputy Castiblanco received an award from the Harris County Toll Road Authority for making a total of 109 suspected Drunk Driving Arrests in 2017.  

“We are extremely proud of Deputy Castiblanco for the great job he does taking impaired drivers off our roadways, he undoubtedly has made a difference and has saved lives.” -Constable Mark Herman

That's quite a haul for 1 year. How does he do it? Stake out bars and follow the patrons when they leave? I'd like to know his secret. Could be he patrols late nights and gets to observe all the people swerving after 2 am?
