Retired Police Officer Michael E. Williams passed away on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at the age of 76. He joined the Houston Police Department on November 15, 1971, Academy Class #52. During his tenure with the department, he was assigned to the Northwest Division. Police Officer Williams retired on March 4, 1992.
