EL PASO, Texas (CBS4) — When it comes
to the recreational use of marijuana in Texas, the law is very clear, it
is illegal. But when it comes to proving that someone is driving under
the influence of marijuana, some El Paso attorneys said it can be murky.
"There’s no real legal limit for cannabis, and it affects everybody differently," said defense attorney Alexandria Serra.
There is no test that can determine how much cannabis you have ingested, as breathalyzers and blood tests can do with alcohol.
